Welcome to Mondoabstracto. This blog features poetry written by Robert Lew Terrell. That’s me. I’ve been writing poetry for quite a while. And most bloggers are familiar with my haiku, because 5-7-5 style haiku is all that I’ve been writing for a while now. But that hasn’t always been the case. No siree! lol!

I was trying to write poetry “things” when I was kneehigh to my uncle Wendel. Just a little kid, really. And, believe me, I had no idea what a haiku was in those ancient days.

So… I’ve decided to give the old synapses a kick start once more. I’ve sort of missed it, perhaps. Not that I have any intention of exiting the haiku highway. No way! ;)

I hope you enjoy … well, we’ll see what happens here, won’t we? And yes, this was originally my visual art blog. I’m on hiatus from that, apparently. I doubt if it’s gone forever. Another one of the kneehigh to Wendel “things” so I suspect it will start to gnaw at my bones too much to ignore…
